Thorntask Limited recognises that a concern for the environment must be an integral part of its business strategy and to this end operates an Environmental Management System accredited to ISO14001:2004.
Our environmental policy establishes commitment and legal compliance, setting out objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement, responsibility and implementation across all our operations by meeting the following principles:
- Compliance with the relevant environmental legislation and regulations and other requirements that we subscribe to meet.
- Reduce the polluting emissions to the air, water or land to as low as is reasonably practicable.
- Usage of energy and natural resources in an efficient manner, including re-use and recycle whenever possible.
- Communicate this environmental policy throughout the company and make it available to any interested parties.
